Event Summary
Our annual Tournament of Champions (TOC) summer tourney will take center stage at JOE's on August 1st as we pack the patio and the back room with solid cornhole action! Tournament Format
The Tournament of Champions will take a double elimination format. All teams will play at least two "best of 3 games" match.

Skill Levels
All Skill Levels welcome - Please note that the tournament bracket will not be divided based on skill levels.

Rules Regulation sized boards are placed 25’ apart from each other (from front of board) Play consists of two teams of two with one player from each team standing on opposite ends Each team has 4 bags of one color and all 8 bags begin at one end To start, one player from each team tosses 1 bag - The team closest to the hole has “honors” and goes first A player from the team with honors tosses the first bag from anywhere behind the front of the board Play continues by alternating tosses between the 2 opponent players until all 8 bags have been tossed

Scoring A bag that lands on the board, a “cow pie” is worth 1 point A bag in the hole, a “cornhole”, is worth 3 points Points cancel out (e.x. If team one has 3 bags on the board and team two has 2 bags on the board, then team one nets 1 point) The winning team of each round tosses first in the next round (If your league or tournament plays multiple game matches) Any bags touching the ground or that hit the ground and bounce/roll onto the board don’t count and should be removed from the board before the next toss The first team to 21 or more points wins (There is no win by 2 rule, or "land on 21 exactly" rule)
